Job Description
Responsible for supporting the assessment and recruitment team by providing administrative support through the full recruitment and assessment lifecycle including scheduling, intake data, interview coordination, candidate management, job posting, employer branding, recruitment reporting and analysis.
Requirements
- Fresh graduate or max. two (2) years experience in Recruitment and Assessment field
- Min. Bachelor Degree of Psychology
- Understand end to end recruitment and assessment cycle
- Strong communication and analytical skill
