Roles and responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain cleanliness of Office and public area at CEPR Site.
- Business trip arrangement and support.
- Coordination with vendor related to housekeeping, public facility maintenance.
- Coordinate maintenance and control of official facilities, such as building, yard, drainage, fences, etc,
- Ensure all assets in good condition, good record and easy to be found for the annual asset checking.
- Ensuring all building facilities and security on the good condition.
- Maintain stock of consumable related to office business.
- Coordination on vehicle arrangement (car pooling system), readiness and maintenance.
- Food and meal services including coordination with meal vendors, monitor food and hygiene standard.
- Regular follow up with vendor.
- Managing and handling complaint, concern from employee.
- Manage incoming and outgoing documents.
- Perform document scanning archive documents.
- Maintain the security of documents that are confidential.
- Maintain document security from unauthorized parties.
- Search and provide documents to employees and/or customers when needed.
- Create template designs for documents.
- Check document accuracy.
- Report progress regarding document storage.
- Ensure the destruction of sensitive documents.
- Updating the document if there are changes.
- Maintain document management system
- Minimun Diploma in any major.
- Maximum age is 35 years old.
- At least 3 years experience in General Affairs and office support
- At least 3 years experience in Document handling and control.
- Good capabilities of English.
- Able to perform cross functional team communication and status report.
- Placement in Cirebon.
