- Play the role of customer business partner, providing advice on suitable alternative solutions and customer service
- Delivering quality lendings, monitoring loan performance
- Complying with prevailing regulation
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from reputable university
- Business background with minimum 2 years experience in SME Banking
- Good knowledge in Banking Industry
- Good interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
- Confident with strong business acumen, analytical ability and problem solving skills
- Persistence in pursuing business opportunities.

- Prospect new clients and secure new relationships (NTB), meeting the assigned targets and profitability
- Build long-term relationships with clients and penetrate portofolio (ETB)
- Offer financial and investment advice to the clients after assessing their requirements. supported by dedicated product specialist team (Loan, WM, etc)
- Upgrade potential client to priority segment
Kualifikasi
- Minimum S1 of any discipline, preferably from reputable university
- Min >3 years experience as Relationship Manager Priority
- Good knowledge of banking funding/wealth management products and services
- Well developed interpersonal, relationship and communication skills
- Good at selling/influencing
- Licensed : AAJI,Waperd,WPPE
