Internat Audit Supervisor Requirements :

• Bachelor of any major
• Experienced as an auditor minimal 1 year
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good planning and organizing
• Problem solving method
• Good analytical thinking
• Have a good comprehensive English both oral and written

Job description :

1. Conduct internal audit (schedule and lead)
2. Establish document for audit plan and communicate with concern departement
3. Manage and report evidence of internal audit finding
4. Analyzing and solving problem related to internal audit
5. Administer audit documents/records
6. Placement: Jakarta

People & Training Development Supervisor Requirements :

• Min 3 years experienced as Organization
• Development/People Development Supervisor
• Bachelor of any major/dicipline
• Good in English (speaking, listening and writing)
• Max 35 years old
• Ms Office and presentation skill
• Able to analyze, certified as training of trainer
• Good communication & interpersonal skill
• Have a good leadership skill

Job Description :

1. Review and create training analysist
2. Manage and control training plan actual
3. Manage, review, analyze and develop performance apprisal
4. Manage, review and analyze job description all departement
5. Manage and compile training syllabus
