Produk yang di buat PT Tenma Indonesia digunakan untuk keperluan seperti variasi peralatan rumah tangga, variasi dapur, ruang tamu dan kamar mandi.
PT Tenma mempunyai beberapa plant diantaranya di Bekasi tepatnya di Kawasan MM210 dan Delta Sillicon, sedangkan untuk plant lain berlokasi di Karawang tepatnya di Ciampel Kabupaten Karawang.

GA SPV Requirement :- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Management or engineering
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in this position.
- Understand the flow of program improvement
- Experienced in General Building maintenance, repair, and facility.
- Able to speak and write in English
- Have a high sense of integrity
- Working knowledge and expertise with legal
- Willing to work at Karawang Factory
- Good operation in Ms. Office and Presentation
- Prepared to report weekly, monthly, and yearly.
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
- Fluent in English both written & Spoken.
- At least 1 Year(s) of work experience or Fresh graduation.
- Will be placed in Karawang Factory
- Good Leadership.
- Able to Ms Office (PPT & Excell)
- Diploma/ Bachelor degree in all majors
- Have at least 1 year experience in the field of export/import
- Have a Knowledge the exim procedure
- Have English language skills, both written and oral, (Japan Language is ++)
- Have good communication skills and be able to work with a team
- Proficient in using computers such as Microsoft words, excel, power point and excel formulas
- Will be placed in Cibitung Factory
- Manage Export and Import documentation
- Manage export and import shipping handling documents
- Carry out administrative records of Import and Export
- Negotiation and communication with buyers to arrange export import delivery schedules
- Communication with the Ministry of Commerce and Customs
- Perform calculations and analysis of import and export needs
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Engineering major.
- Minimum 3 years in the same position (Manufacture Injection Molding).
- Able to speak in English (Japanese will be a plus)
- Experienced in audit internal and external
- Experienced handling Quality Management System
- Experienced in handling customer's complaint
- Experienced in ISO Matters
- Monitor, analyze, research and test the development of all manufactured products
- Monitoring the product manufacturing process
- Verify the product quality.
- Document inspection and also tests on company products
- Coordinate the development of Quality Management System
- Promote awareness of customer requirements
- Prepare and revise quality management system documents (Quality Manual, Quality system procedures and other documentations)
- Ensure compliance of all function according to ISO 9001:2015.
- Prepare Audit schedule, conduct internal audit, prepare audit report, write non conformance report
- Communicating with top management and audit reports
- Measure & Monitor process performance
- Take necessary corrective and preventive actions
- Maximum age 30 years old
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Industrial).
- Fluent in English both written & Spoken.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.
- Will be placed in Karawang Factory
- Have skill of filling document .
- Drafter (Autocad/ Solidwork 2D /3D Sofware)
