Didirikan pada tahun 1994 oleh keluarga Arto Hardy dan sekarang dikenal sebagai pemegang lisensi FILA dan distributor resmi tunggal di Indonesia setelah menandatangani perjanjian lisensi dengan FILA Holding S.p.A, pada tanggal 21 Juli 1999.

Export Import Staff Requirements :- Max. 40 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor, any major
- Had at least 3 years work experience in a similar position at garment or footwear industry
- Understand: Incoterms 2000, International Payment Method, Shipment, Transport Document, Bill of Lading, Export / Import Document, Export / Import Procedure, Letter of Credit, Custom Facilities.
- Able to read and write in English
- Willing to work hard, honest and have strong commitment
- Familiar with Microsoft especially Ms Excel / Open Office
