Production Control Staff (Product Planner) Requirements:

• Education : Industrial Engineering
• Having knowledge about PPIC
• Good communication skill
• Fast learner
• Able to work under pressure
• Able to work in a team and highly loyalty

Industrial Relation & General Affair Asst. Manager Qualifications :

• Handle Company Legal issues and documents (internal/external)
• Deep understanding of Labor Union, Labor Law & Industrial Relation
• Bachelor degree in Law and 3 years experience in HR or related
• Handle General Affair operation & understanding ISO 14001
• Handle transportation, catering, security, janitor
• Handle Insurance & BPJS Kesehatan
• Hard worker & good communication
• Make report with deep analysis

Senior Manager HRGA Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Law or equivalent.
• Experienced for at least 11 year  in handling a team
• Able to coordinate with others department
• Able to coordinate with Labor Union
• Able to handle people development program
• Experienced in handling talent mangement
• Capable in manage labor cost and department expense
• Fluent in English, Japanese will be Preferable

QC Foreman-Supplier Development Qualifications :

• Minimum age 21 years
• Minimum D3
• Have minimum experience in handling supplier quality for 1 year
• Capable in operate Microsoft Office (Power point & Excel)
• Fluent in English, Japanese are preferable
