- Have strong leadership personality and team player.
- Good communication skill, reporting & filling. Familiar with Japanese manufacturing culture. Live in Bekasi Area.
- Understand and mastered crystal report, excel VBA, #C, RPA, Ms. Visual Studio, SQL Query, PIMS, BI Tools, database SQL and Oracle, ERP (SAP), HRIS, Production System, System Development.
- Able to handle logistic job such export & import activity. Excellent knowledge of export, import, and custom regulation. Understand and mastered all customs / "bea cukai" document procedures (BC 4.0, 4.1, 2.3, 3.0).
- Familiar with custom audit & have problem solving experiences with Custom Dep. Familiar in making report to government (custom, Ministry of Industry / Investment, Bank of Indonesia, etc.). Knowledge of IT inventory (E-Inkaber, CEISA & SAP).
- Experienced in production engineering/research and development. Knowledge of manufacturing process and problem solving tools. Experienced in automotive industry is preferred. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to draw using Auto CAD and read electrical drawing. Capability to handle: PLC & SERVO of Mitsubishi/Omron Machine, Inverter of Mitsubishi/Yaskawa Machine, HMI of Mitsubishi/Omron/Proface Machine. Great skill for Microsoft Office (especially MS-excel).
- Experienced to organize inhouse clinic management system, MCU, vaccine and occupational health program. Organizing safety and health training and campaign: Information board, handbook safety, etc. Accident investigation and reporting. Organizing safety and health files, records, systems and update information. Updating the list of safety and health related regulation to comply with government and law. Familiar with ISO audit.
