PT Astra Visteon Indonesia secara resmi didirikan pada tahun 2011 yang merupakan perusahaan patungan antara PT Astra Otoparts Tbk dan Visteon Corporation. PT Astra Visteon Indonesia mempunyai fasilitas produksi yang berlokasi di daerah Citeureup, Bogor. Perusahaan ini memproduksi komponen kelistrikan kendaraan seperti Spedometer, Head Unit, dan lainnya.

SMT Project Engineer Job Description :
  • As SMT Project Engineer. Candidate will support our SMT Process Teams in term of process feasibility study for new product. Candidate will be responsible for the development and improvement of the SMT process including its supporting processes. Candidate will be required to interface with customers and participate in customer meetings. Candidate must demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability work well with other members of the technical and production staff including the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical cross function team member.
Role and Responsibilities :
  1. Support SMT process, design manufacturing & assembly for new product development.
  2. Involve for design, improvement,& implementation about process & product assembly procedures with SMT
  3. Report & documentation.
  4. Responsible to handle Program, Debug, Setup, End Operate: Label Machine, Screen Inspection, Pick & Place equipment, Reflow Ovens, AOI, Selective Soldering equipment, ICT, FCT and Simulation Machine,
  5. Develop & maintain for work instruction & machine program.
  6. Monitor, Evaluate, and make sure production process running smoothly & produce as customer specification.
  7. Maintain knowledge of new SMT manufacturing technologies, methods, and techniques.
Qualification :
  • Bachelor degree in Electronic / Mechatronic Engineering.
  • Min 5 years working experience in related position.
  • Age max 35 y/o.
  • Have good knowledge in SMT programing & mechanical
  • Have good knowledge in analytical tools.
  • Good communication skill.
  • Fluent in English.
