PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia is an authorized distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Indonesia including Passenger Car (PC) and Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV). Mitsubishi Motors have been presents in Indonesia since 1970. As of April 2017, PT Krama Yudha Tiga Berlian Motors (KTB) restructured the business and diverted Mitsubishi Motors’s PC and LCV distribution business in Indonesia to PT Mitsubishi Motors Krama Yudha Sales Indonesia (MMKSI). The restructurisation aims to focus more on each market segment, and to respond and contribute the demand quickly and flexibly. Through the change of organizational structure, Mitsubishi Motors aims to continue the development and expanding the products and services with better quality. Tax (Staff) Requirements :
  • General knowledge about tax regulation and its implementation.
  • Proven experience in the tax audit process will be beneficial.
  • Having the certification of Brevet A & B.
  • Familiar with e-SPT system.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Good analytical thinking skill.
  • Strong numeracy skill and attention to detail.
  • Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).
  1. Performing tax calculation, payment, and reporting accurately.
  2. Preparing tax payments and ensure timely tax reporting.
  3. Preparing data for Transfer Pricing documentation.
  4. Provide data for audit purpose (tax audit, financial audit, internal audit).
  5. Calculating and preparing data for corporate income tax return process.
  6. Conduct monthly tax reconciliation and equalization for VAT & WHT article 21, 23, 25, 26, and 4(2).
  7. Reviewing new tax regulation.
  8. Creating and proposing improvement ideas based on audit findings or new tax regulations.
Internal Audit (Staff) Requirements :
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • General knowledge of audit activity and flow.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Proven involvement in audit activity will be beneficial.
  • Up-to-date with the latest policy or regulation related to the audit.
  • Familiar with using the basic formula of Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).
  • Familiar with SAP will be a plus.
  1. Performing audits, including operational audit, compliance audit, and integrated management system audit (ISO audit).
  2. Preparing technical and non-technical aspects for audit activity, both internal and external audits.
  3. Conducting on-site audit on several MMKSI locations.
  4. Handling audit data sampling.
  5. Drafting audit report Monitoring audit findings, recommendations, and countermeasures.
  6. Organizing complete and neat audit documentation and administration.
  7. Support for annual audit planning.
  8. Support audit result reporting to management and auditees.
  9. Building good rapport and relationships with related departments (auditee).
LCV Product Planning (Section Head) Requirements :
  • Good command of English (verbal and written).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
  • Passionate in automotive.
  • General knowledge about automotive and car specifications.
  • Strong analytical thinking.
  • Up-to-date with the latest automotive industry policy, regulation, and trends.
  • Familiar in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint).
  • Able to driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
  1. Responsible for LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) product.
  2. Prepare and control master schedule for product launching.
  3. Coordinating with related parties for product launching activities, both internal and external parties.
  4. Maintaining product life cycle and competitiveness (both new and existing products).
  5. Coordinating closely with principal for product launching, product improvement, etc.
  6. Ensuring product compliance with government policy and regulation.
  7. Analyzing market products (comparison and market needs).
  8. Cooperating with related departments to collect market information periodically and conduct customer or dealer visit.
  9. Building good relationship with carrosserie company.
