Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Senior Specialist Main Responsibilities :- Input into overall hiring strategy of the organization to ensure our teams consist of a diverse set of qualified individuals by determine selection criteria for candidates by liaising with managers and other members
- Ensure the staffing needs of the company are being met, with a long-term talent strategy in mind
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies to build pipelines of potential applicants, such as employer branding initiatives
- Create and implement end-to-end candidate hiring processes to ensure a positive experience
- Assist in ensuring Employer Branding database is updated and effective.
- Keep the stock of Employer Branding materials and equipment.
- Minimum 5 years experiences in handling Talent Acquisition. Possess experiences in employer branding and people management (HR generalist) will be strong advantages
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Human Resources, Psychology.
- Experience in full cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques & be able to handle psychological test
- Well-organized, a leader and strategic thinker
- Good collaboration and communication skill
- Willing to be placed in Cibitung - Bekasi.
