Material Control Staff Requirements :- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 3 years experience related with material control & planning, ppic or ppc
- Having material control knowledge : Inventory value, stock level, moving stock & stock accuracy
- Have a good logical thinking and problem solving
- Good command of both written and spoken in English
- Have a good skill for Ms Excel
- Strong data analytics
- Prepare plan for order consumable stock quarterly
- Prepare plan for delivery timing from vendor and make sure vendor delivery based on schedule
- Daily maintain consumable stock accuracy by controlling incoming & outcoming stock
- Make sure that stock is supply precisely to all warehouses to avoid excess stock or less stock
- Review consumable usage by compare with actual order
- Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and suppor continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement
- Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule
- Take follow up actions in relations to material shortages that affect production
