PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi bahan penyedap makanan (MSG) dan bahan aditif untuk pakan ternak (L-Lysine) serta industri yang berhubungan dengan hal tersebut.
PT Cheil Jedang Indonesia adalah bagian dari CJ Group yang berpusat di Korea Selatan. Perusahaan tersebut berdiri sekitar bulan Juli 1988 di Kabupaten Pasuruan, Jawa Timur.
PT CJ Indonesia menghasilkan beberapa produk mereka seperti MSG, L Lysine HCI, Threonine, Prosin, pupuk cair, serta pupuk Zeta. Dengan kapasitas produksi 50 ton/hari, perusahaan mendistribusikan produknya sebagian besar ke pasar luar negeri meliputi negara Jepang, Thailand, Singapura, Amerika Serikat, dan negara di kawasan Timur Tengah.

Quality Control Staff (Code: QCS) Requirements:- Undergraduate in Food Science or Food Technology
- 1 years experience in regulatory or quality control, fresh graduate are welcome
- Understand the aspects of food safety in general (HACCP, (ISO 22000: 2008, 17025, 9001: 2008), HALAL, GMP)
- Self starter and able to work under pressure and work immediately
- Able to work in the team
- Understand the rules related to security
- Good communication & can speak english
- Can working flexible and deadline
- Monitoring the production process of all products produced by the company
- Responsible for obtaining quality in the products produced by the company
- Ensure the products produced meet the quality and standards (SOP) set by the company
- Ensure the production process is in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Responsible for verifying the quality of raw materials / materials for the production of products produced by the company
- Collecting data and compiling data on product quality produced by the company
- Develop, recommend or monitor corrective and preventive actions related to food quality safety.
- Implement appropriate corrective actions and document corrective actions on audit results
- Ensure sustainability compliance with company quality and industry regulatory requirements
- Responsible for selecting raw material suppliers
- Carry out and monitor testing (Microbiology and physics) and inspection of raw materials and products to ensure the quality of the products produced in accordance with food safety standards
- Maximum 35 years old
- Undergraduate in Food Science or Food Technology
- Have experience in Food additivies and Nutrition
- Have good sales communication
- Preferably from FMCG or F&B industry
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Self starter and able to work under pressure and work immediately
- Able to work in the team
- Strong experience & proficiency with data analytics, reporting data tools (especially : Ms. excel, power point, words)
- Required Skills Ms. Excel : pivot table, rumus excel, vlookup, hlookup, ect
- Receive and process orders from customers (SO|DO|Billing) in SAP System
- Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
- Create quote and contract customers in System
- Manage PO delivery schedule from warehouse
- Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
- Prepare document COA for customer
- Manage customer account receivables data
- Stock forecast availability for sales in warehouse
- Prepare and Present reports of Sales & AR
