Customer Management (Staff) Requirements :- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.

- Familiar in using Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).
- Managing the workload of Mitsubishi Motors customer care team and monitoring the performance.
- Maintaining mobile apps' performance and content updates, especially for chatbots.
- Performing annual dealer assessment in CS Performance Program.
- Conducting socialization to Mitsubishi dealers for mobile apps' new features or programs.
- Coordinating with agencies, vendors, related departments, dealers, and other parties.
- Providing weekly and monthly reports.
- Supporting budget monitoring and processing payment.
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- General knowledge of audit activity and flow.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Proven involvement in audit activity will be beneficial.
- Up-to-date with the latest policy or regulation related to the audit.
- Familiar with using the basic formula of Ms. Excel (vlookup, hlookup, pivot table).
- Familiar with SAP will be a plus.
- Performing audits, including operational audit, compliance audit, and integrated management system audit (ISO audit).
- Preparing technical and non-technical aspects for audit activity, both internal and external audits.
- Conducting on-site audit on several MMKSI locations.
- Handling audit data sampling.
- Drafting audit report Monitoring audit findings, recommendations, and countermeasures.
- Organizing complete and neat audit documentation and administration.
- Support for annual audit planning.
- Support audit result reporting to management and auditees.
- Building good rapport and relationships with related departments (auditee).
- Good command of English (verbal and written).
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Passionate in automotive.
- General knowledge about automotive and car specifications.
- Strong analytical thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest automotive industry policy, regulation, and trends.
- Familiar in using Ms. Office (Ms. Excel & Ms. PowerPoint).
- Able to driving both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Responsible for LCV (Light Commercial Vehicle) product.
- Prepare and control master schedule for product launching.
- Coordinating with related parties for product launching activities, both internal and external parties.
- Maintaining product life cycle and competitiveness (both new and existing products).
- Coordinating closely with principal for product launching, product improvement, etc.
- Ensuring product compliance with government policy and regulation.
- Analyzing market products (comparison and market needs).
- Cooperating with related departments to collect market information periodically and conduct customer or dealer visit.
- Building good relationship with carrosserie company.
